PRIVATE CLIENTS

The practice has provided civil and structural consultancy services to numerous private clients, usually working in conjunction with local architectural practices.

 

We have worked on new build, refurbishment and extension projects for clients throughout the North of England and southern Scotland. Some of these projects have been of modest scale and value, but some of the commissions have involved extensive engineering works.

 

A few years ago, we designed a large underground car park to house a collection of motor cars. We have also designed wine cellars, one of which utilised traditional masonry vaulting, to house impressive wine collections.

 

Some of our commissions have been for owners of Yorkshire’s Grand Houses, including Mount St John, Cowesby Hall, Copt Hewick Hall and Harewood House.
