Associate Civil / Structural Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to join our small but experienced team and to play a lead role in the development of the business as part of the company’s ongoing succession plan.
This hands-on design role would provide autonomy and allow you to develop new and existing client relationships alongside the existing directors, with the opportunity to become a director upon demonstrating suitable leadership qualities and the required engineering expertise.
If you are a chartered civil/structural engineer with significant experience in design consultancy, either at associate level, or as a senior engineer and looking to take on additional responsibility then we would like to hear from you.
You would be joining a busy practice with a strong and varied client base and an ever-growing order book. You will work on a variety of interesting and technically challenging projects in an environment that will allow you to develop new skills and play a pivotal role in shaping the company moving forward.
You must have a can-do attitude, be able to deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions under pressure and proactively drive projects forward.
