Detailed drawings are key to a high quality result.

Our business is all about problem solving. On a typical commission much of the time is spent exploring the engineering solutions that are available, selecting the most appropriate solutions and then carrying out a rigorous analysis and design. Our clients do not usually see this process taking place – they normally only see the construction drawings that are prepared at the end of the design stage. These drawings are the end product, sometimes following hundreds of man hours of scheme development.

This is why we put so much emphasis on preparing clear, concise and accurate construction drawings. The drawings allow our designs to be converted into reality by the contractors with whom we work.

Comprehensive drawings allow our contractors to efficiently plan and execute the work on site without numerous requests for further information or clarification of design intent. This allows us to continue working on other projects in the office without too many distractions, so everyone wins with this approach.
