The best principles of quality management are used to ensure that the consistently high standard of work produced by the practice is maintained. This is achieved by a combination of only using appropriately qualified and experienced professionals and support staff, the provision of continual training and development, the use of a simple documentation system to control and monitor each commission and a system of peer reviews to verify that the technical output of the practice is both correct and appropriate for the particular commission.

Continued controlled expansion of the practice is planned and it may eventually become necessary to seek formal accreditation to ISO 9000. The in-house procedures have been developed with this step in mind.

At this time the two partners are ultimately responsible for the output of the practice and hence both take the role of 'quality manager'.

The consistent high quality of the output from the practice has been recognised by the numerous organisations to which we provide ongoing professional services. Many of our clients are major 'blue chip' national and international companies who readily accept our methods of working.
